SHIPPING POLICY

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our shipments:

  • After placing an order, we need 1–3 business days to process it. On business days this usually happens within one business day, however for orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend, this may take a little longer.

  • Once the order has been processed, it will be shipped, and the average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

We do our best to make the ordering and delivery process as straightforward as possible for our customers. If you have any questions or comments, please contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered.


Placing an order

The ordering process at The Cloth Standard has been made as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product of your choice to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.

Make sure the correct product variants have been selected. When everything looks right, click "Proceed to Checkout." On the details page, enter your address and verify that all information is correct. Then click "Proceed to Shipping."

On the shipping page, you can review your address details once more. You will also see that every shipment is completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover all shipping and delivery costs. Then click "Proceed to Payment."

In the payment section, you can choose from the available payment methods. At The Cloth Standard, all payment options are secured with an SSL certificate, guaranteeing a safe payment environment:

  • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • PayPal account

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

After selecting your preferred payment method, click "Place Order." You will be redirected to the selected payment environment, where you should follow the instructions to complete your order. If you encounter any issues, you can always contact us.


Shipping costs

We cover all shipping costs in full. All our products are delivered free of charge straight to your door. There is also no minimum order value.

Found the perfect product on our website? Of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That is why we do everything we can to process and ship your order in the shortest possible time.

In order to offer fair prices, we have chosen to consolidate shipments by sending multiple packages together once a minimum shipping quantity has been reached. We appreciate your understanding and support in working towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly world.

Please note: Like many other online stores, we are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders, which may cause delays. Please take this into account when placing your order. We are doing everything we can to ship it as quickly as possible.
